Our History
In 1971, Jack Jones, Chairman of Greystone Management Group, Inc., and his father John L. Jones purchased their first apartment community in Los Angeles. Together, the father and son team worked on their properties themselves, and endeavored to provide the best value in each neighborhood for their residents. Now, almost 40 years later, Jack’s son John continues the family tradition, in managing and maintaining quality apartment living at a desirable price.

Greystone Management Group, Inc. manages 18 buildings, just under 2,000 units throughout Los Angeles County, including the South Bay and San Fernando Valley. At the cornerstone of our management philosophy is our commitment to building good relationships, maintaining honesty and integrity, and continuing to influence and promote community spirit within and beyond the walls of our apartment communities.
